Access the KYC Verification Page
Log in to your Gig.tn account.
On the left sidebar, click on “KYC” to open the verification page.
Click on "Start KYC Verification" to begin the process.

Click Start KYC Verification
Once you submit the verification request, the system will process your details. Since Gig.tn uses an automated verification system, most users will get their KYC approved instantly.
Step 5: Check Your Verification Status
After your KYC is approved, your account will receive a green verification checkmark, visible on your profile. This lets clients know you’re a verified freelancer and increases your credibility.
To check your status:
Go to the KYC page in your profile.
If your status says “Verified”, you're all set!
If it says “Unverified”, you may need to reattempt verification or contact support.
Troubleshooting KYC Issues
Issue: My ID was rejected.
Ensure that the document is clear, not expired, and all four corners are visible.
Issue: My selfie didn’t match my ID.
Make sure you take a clear, well-lit selfie without shadows or accessories.
Issue: I can’t complete KYC on my phone.
Try using a different browser or switch to a desktop/laptop.
