Refund requests are only considered under specific conditions. Not every order qualifies for a refund, and Gig.tn ensures that both buyers and freelancers are treated fairly.
Valid Reasons for a Refund Request:
✔ Freelancer did not deliver the work by the agreed deadline and is unresponsive.
✔ The delivered work is incomplete or does not match the gig description.
✔ The freelancer agreed to a refund voluntarily due to a misunderstanding.
✔ Technical issues on the platform prevented the buyer from accessing the service.
Invalid Reasons for a Refund Request:
❌ The buyer changed their mind after receiving the work.
❌ The work was delivered as promised, but the buyer no longer needs it.
❌ The buyer approved the delivery and later decided they want their money back.
❌ The buyer failed to respond for 5 days after delivery, and the order was auto-completed.
