Once a buyer approves an order, the payment is released to the freelancer. At this stage, refunds are no longer possible.
Why?
Approval means the buyer confirms they are satisfied with the work.
Once funds are transferred to the freelancer, they are not reversible.
Allowing refunds after approval would make it easy for buyers to exploit freelancers.
Example Scenario:
🔹 A buyer receives a logo design and marks the order as complete.
🔹 One week later, they claim they don’t like the logo and ask for a refund.
🔹 Since the order was approved, no refund is granted.
📌 Once an order is marked as complete, refunds will NOT be issued.
