No, refunds are not automatic when an order is canceled. Every refund request is manually reviewed by Gig.tn Support.
How Refunds Are Approved:
The buyer submits a refund request.
Gig.tn reviews the order details and conversations.
If the refund request is valid, the funds are returned to the buyer.
If the refund request is invalid, the order remains as completed, and no refund is issued.
