If a buyer has a valid reason for a refund, they can submit a request through the Gig.tn support system.
How to Submit a Refund Request:
Go to the Help Center and select Submit a Ticket.
Provide order details, including the freelancer’s name and the issue.
Attach screenshots of conversations and delivered work (if applicable).
Wait for Gig.tn to review and process the request.
📌 Refund requests take 3-5 business days to process.
