How Gig.tn Protects Freelancers from Unfair Refund Requests
We know the frustration of delivering completed work, only to have a buyer request a refund without valid reasons. Gig.tn reviews refund requests case by case, and we don’t issue refunds lightly.
Refunds are not allowed if:
You delivered everything as described in your gig.
The buyer approved the delivery and later changed their mind.
The buyer used the final work, then demanded a refund.
The buyer is simply unhappy, but you followed all requirements.
Gig.tn sides with freelancers when:
The delivery matches the gig description and scope.
You communicated clearly and provided revisions (if included).
You delivered on time and followed through professionally.
📌 We don’t allow buyers to “buy, use, and refund.” Once work is delivered and meets the agreed terms, the freelancer is protected.
