Buyers must stick to what was agreed upon when placing an order.
If a buyer demands additional work not included in the gig, you are not required to do it for free.
You can politely explain that it’s outside scope and offer a Gig Add-on or separate gig for the extra work.
If they insist or become aggressive, you can refuse the request and contact support.
You are protected from cancellation or penalties if you deliver only what was originally agreed.
