What Happens If the Buyer Requests Work Outside the Agreed Scope?

Buyers must stick to what was agreed upon when placing an order.

  • If a buyer demands additional work not included in the gig, you are not required to do it for free.

  • You can politely explain that it’s outside scope and offer a Gig Add-on or separate gig for the extra work.

  • If they insist or become aggressive, you can refuse the request and contact support.

You are protected from cancellation or penalties if you deliver only what was originally agreed.
