How Do I Know When I Receive an Order?
When a buyer purchases your gig, you will receive a real-time notification in two ways:
Via email – You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details.
On your Gig.tn dashboard – A notification will appear, and the order will be listed in your Orders section.
To view your orders:
Log in to Gig.tn.
Click "Tableau de bord" (Dashboard) in the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the “Ordres de service récents” (Recent Service Orders) section to see all active and completed orders.
Where Can I Manage My Orders?
All active, pending, and completed orders can be found under “Mes Services” (My Services):
Here, you can track order progress, client requests, and delivery deadlines.
If an order is marked as pending or in progress, make sure to deliver it on time.
